Charles Lin currently serves as Director within the company's Acquisitions and Strategy function and brings over 30 years of expertise in acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence, asset management, and finance. Mr. Lin plays a pivotal role in sourcing and executing commercial real estate acquisitions, including overseeing the due diligence process and securing project financing. Mr. Lin also collaborates closely with the CEO and COO on special projects and provides oversight for company's Asset Management division. He has served the company in various capacities since 1994.

Prior to President Asset Group, Mr. Lin oversaw the finance and accounting function for DTK Computer, where he was responsible for financial reporting and managing budgets to meet the company’s strategic initiatives. Mr. Lin began his career at Eastrise Trading Corporation, where he served as Deputy Manager and was responsible for accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and corporate finance.

Mr. Lin holds dual master's degrees from the University of Dallas, one in Management Information Systems and another in Corporate Finance, complementing his bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taipei University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Lin is a dedicated family man, married with three children. He is passionate about traveling and enjoys classical music, with a particular appreciation for instrumental performances.
