Senior Manager, Asset Management – Multifamily
Lisa Lee serves as a Senior Manager in the Asset Management division of President Asset Group and is primarily responsible for the company’s multifamily portfolio. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of each multifamily asset including ensuring efficient operations as well as implementing value-add strategies. Ms. Lee leverages over two decades of experience in real estate and project management to drive long-term growth and stability across the portfolio.
Ms. Lee’s professional background spans over two decades in various aspects of real estate, interior design, and construction consulting. Prior to her current role, she spent over a decade at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Arcadia, CA as a realtor, where she represented clients in property transactions, conducted market analysis, and coordinated with mortgage companies, escrow agents, and inspectors. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as an associate at Kao's Pacific Inc., where she provided design solutions for residential spaces, including custom cabinetry and flooring. She also previously served as a Construction Consultant and Cost Estimator at Bert L. Howe & Associates, where she handled project management tasks, cost estimation, and the preparation of reports on construction claims and disputes. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and her multilingual abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin allow her to facilitate effective communication among the firm’s clients and vendors.
