Nick Ni currently serves as Senior Manager within the company's Land & Construction function and brings decades of experience in both architecture and real estate development. He is responsible for the company’s land development ventures and construction projects, and also oversees all major capital projects across the company’s apartment/commercial portfolio. Mr. Ni has been with the company since 1994 and plays a key role in navigating local regulations, identifying incentive structures, and negotiating development terms to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.

Nick Ni holds a degree in architecture from Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan. In 1986, he entered Arizona State University (ASU) and obtained a master's degree in computer-aided design in 1988. His early career included key roles at Richard Chan Architects and Boone Fetter in Santa Fe Springs, where he contributed to various commercial development projects, including major industrial/office development projects in Monrovia and Pasadena.
